The fifth annual Annie Haslam Candlelight Christmas Concerts were held at the Upper Tinicum Lutheran Church in Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, USA, on the weekend of December 18-19, 1999. Several On-Reflection members attended including Tatsurou Ueda and his wife Yoko, their friend Kaori, Alan Benjamin, and Jerry McCarthy & Eileen Barr.

Bar Scott was the opening act. David Sancious joined Annie, keyboardist Rave Tesar & drummer Joe Goldberger for their entire set, playing guitar & synth.
